to your security setup maintained by us. We request you to use the portal to
the fullest by describing your support needs comprehensively.
We generally offer support through Annual
Maintenance Contracts. However, you can avail the service on a case to case
basis as well.
Resolution of the issues follows the following

Our aim is to provide fastest possible response
to the issue raised. Support tickets raised before 12:00 Noon IST will be taken
up for resolution on same day. Support tickets raised beyond 12:00 noon IST will be
handled on the next business day.

For Annual Maintenance Contracts, terms and conditions specified in the contract will be
honored. If the issue reported is not covered with AMC, the specifics will be
discussed with the client after preliminary analysis of the issue reported.
